It's bonus time, there's no need to be afraid
At bonus time, we take in cash and we banish jobs
But in our world of plenty, we should spread a smile of joy!
Throw your arms around the world at bonus time

But say a prayer - pray for the other ones
At bonus time, it's hard but when your having fun
There's a world outside your window
And it's a world of chavs and fear
Where the only water flowing is a bitter taste of beer
And the bonus bells that ring there are the clanging chains of debt
Well tonight thank God it's them instead of you

And there wont be jobs in main street this bonus time
The greatest gift they'll get this year is benefits

Where no-one ever works, no jobs or wages flow
